 Nelson Lagana was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
He grows having passion by the drawing. He studies in the school of “Don Benito Quinquela Martin”, where obtains the prize “Faber Castell” while he attended his last year of primary, vocation that stays until today.
When finish his studies of graphical designer, he begins to work in creative, producing and graphical agencies of publicity, as much full time as free lance. Parallelly he studies drawing on human figure in the Asociación Estímulo de Bellas Artes.
Later, being Director of art, he begins with the illustration, making like informed works for graph, public thoroughfare, book illustration, etc.
Using different techniques even digital art, for three years he begins to work in an own technique of modeled pictures using like raw material the telgopor, which approaches him to control in the Ministry of Culture being allowed him to be defined like Craftsman. By means of this technique he can express an idea that is reinforced by means of the relief, the color, and the textures.
Based on a solid experience in visual contact, Nelson tries to continue evolving in the expression of a feeling. |
